Founded in 2000, Qingdao Belle Maille Knitting Garments Co., Ltd set up an all-around factory integrating knitting, dyeing, sewing and packing into a whole in Liuting Industrial Park, Cheng Yang of Qingdao City at the beginning of 2002.
To be equipped with advanced devices, Belle Maille is aimed to variety of middle and high quality knitwears. There are more than 50 sets of knitting machines including German Circular machine, Body Size Rib machine, Jacquard machine and Interlock machine for wool etc. And more than 20 dyeing and finishing equipments including Italy Woolen Blanket Preshrinking machine , N.T. and H.T.H.P Drying machine made in Taiwan, No Tension Clothes Dryer, Super Feed Extend machine and Roller Raising machine etc. More than 500 sets of sewing machines of YAMATO and BROTHER made in Japan.
The company has 700 employees and covers an area of 5,3000 sqm. Monthly we can produce 200 tons of knitted grey fabric, 230 tons of dyed and finished fabric and 30 tons of cone dyed yarn. There are 17 production lines and the capacity of ready made garment is up to 700,000pcs per month. All the garments are for export, 90% is for Japan Market, the balanced 10% is for the European countries and USA.
